Usually Claude or ChatGPT as the core, with automation connecting the tools you already use. I pick based on what you already pay for rather than adding subscriptions you do not need.

Is AI safe to use with client information?

It depends entirely on how it is set up, which is a large part of why I do this. We build in what never goes into a tool, how output gets reviewed before it reaches a client, and how to stay inside your brokerage's policy and fair housing obligations.

How long does it take?

A readiness review is a short engagement. A full build depends on how much you want automated, but most agents have something useful running within the first session and refine from there.
