Plain English terms for using this site and buying Keene on AI products. Last updated September 30, 2026.
These terms explain how you can use this website and what you agree to when you buy a product from Keene on AI. Keene on AI is the personal business of Polly Keene, based in San Antonio, Texas. In these terms, I, me and my mean Polly Keene and Keene on AI. You means the person using the site or buying a product.
Keene on AI sells digital products such as AI prompts, Claude Skills, guides and related materials. They are delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped.
When you buy a product, you get a personal license to use it in your own business. You can edit it to fit your work. You cannot resell it, share it, post it publicly or give copies to other people. If your team needs access, ask me about a team license.
I own the products and everything on this site. Buying a product does not transfer ownership to you.
AI tools can make mistakes. You are responsible for reading, checking and editing everything before you use or send it. You are also responsible for following the laws and rules that apply to you, including fair housing laws, advertising and disclosure rules, your state's real estate rules, your MLS rules and your broker's policies.

The products work with tools I do not own or control, such as Claude and ChatGPT. Those tools have their own terms, prices and features, which can change. I am not responsible for changes to them or for how they behave.
Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by a third party payment provider, and I do not store your card details. I may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect a purchase you have already made.
Please read the Refund Policy. It is part of these terms.
To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, lost data or claims made by other people, that come from using this site or the products.
To the fullest extent the law allows, my total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim is about.
The site and the products are provided as they are. I do not promise that they will be free of errors or that they will give you any particular result.
You agree to protect and hold harmless Polly Keene and Keene on AI from any claims, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, that come from your use of the products, the content you create with them, or your breach of these terms or of the law.
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of the county where I am based, unless the law requires otherwise.
