Prompts are tools, not legal advice. Please read this before you use anything from Keene on AI. Last updated September 30, 2026.
Keene on AI shares prompts, Claude Skills, guides and training to help real estate professionals work with AI. Here is how to use them safely.
Everything on this site and in the products is for education and general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, insurance, real estate or compliance advice, and it does not create an attorney client or any other professional relationship.
AI tools can produce answers that sound confident and are wrong. Always check facts, numbers, dates, names and rules against a source you trust, such as your MLS, your listing documents, your broker or an attorney, before you use or send anything.
Some prompts and Skills may flag wording or add rules to check, including rules for a specific state. They are reminders, not a promise that your work follows the law. You are responsible for meeting fair housing laws, advertising and disclosure rules, your state's real estate rules, your MLS rules and your broker's policies. When in doubt, ask your broker or an attorney.
I do not promise any particular result, such as more listings, more income or time saved. Results depend on your effort, your market and how you use the tools.
Do not put private client details, such as names, addresses or financial information, into an AI tool unless your broker's policy and the tool's privacy settings allow it. Use placeholders when you can.
