I carried a license before I taught anyone about AI.

I am Polly Keene, an AI Trainer and Consultant in San Antonio. I help real estate agents, teams, and brokerages use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT in a way that actually changes their week, not just their software subscriptions.

For seven years I was a licensed REALTOR® on a top producing team here in San Antonio. I know what a Saturday of showings feels like, what it costs to lose a listing you thought you had, and what it is like to write the same follow up email for the four hundredth time.

Then I moved to the title side of real estate, and for the last fifteen years I have worked in business development and marketing alongside hundreds of agents and thousands of transactions. It put me next to what separates the agents who grow from the ones who stay busy.

Why I started Keene on AI

I kept watching capable agents try AI and quietly give up on it. Not because they were behind, and not because the tools were bad. Because nobody had shown them the handful of habits that separate a useful result from a generic one.

The numbers back that up. Nearly half of agents using AI say it has made no noticeable difference to their business. That is not a technology problem. It is a teaching problem, and it is a fixable one.

The Relationship is the Business.

That line is the whole point. AI is not here to make you a faster machine. It is here to take back the hours you currently spend on work nobody remembers, so you can spend them on the part of this business that actually compounds, which is the people.

How I teach AI to real estate agents

Plainly, and without jargon. Whether it is a live class, a team training, or one on one AI coaching, I teach with real listing and client examples, from property descriptions to listing presentation prep. I will tell you when AI is the wrong answer, which is more often than people selling it admit. I build things you can run yourself, because a system you depend on me for is not a system, it is a subscription.

I also hold one rule I have kept my whole career, long before any of this: leave every person better than you found them. That applies to a free thirty minute call as much as to a paid engagement.

I am based in San Antonio. I work with agents and teams anywhere over Zoom, and in person across San Antonio, Boerne, New Braunfels, and the Texas Hill Country. I teach in English and Spanish.
