One specific task you would like to stop doing by hand. A narrow question gets you a more useful answer than a broad one.
Where do we meet?
On a video call. The link arrives with your booking confirmation.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. Most of the agents I work with are not, and the ones who get the most out of this are usually the ones who were putting it off. If you can write an email, you can do this.
