I want you to be happy with what you buy, and I work to make every product worth it. Here is how purchases and problems are handled.
Because digital products are delivered right away and cannot be returned, I do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been delivered.
If a file is missing, will not open or is not the product you bought, email me and I will fix it or replace it.
Email keeneonai@gmail.com with the subject line Product help. Include the email address you used to buy and the name of the product.
The free consultation and free content have no charge, so there is nothing to refund. Coaching, training and other services are covered by their own agreement.
Please contact me first. I would rather fix the problem than have a payment dispute.
